Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is a CrossFit professional athlete. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she works with athletes. Annie was the first woman who has won both the CrossFit Games twice. She won the CrossFit Games in 2010 and finished in second place. Annie Thorisdottir is one of Iceland's top CrossFit weightlifter, media star and CrossFit competitor - is a CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The woman was the first to win an award at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and in 2012, two times. Other accomplishments include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2017 and 2013. Annie was born in Reykjavik, Iceland and with her parents. As a child Annie was a fervent sports fan and enjoyed exercising. Many medals were awarded to her at school events. She took part for the first time in 2009 in CrossFit Games held in California, where she did well. Annie Thorisdottir's age was 31 years (as in 2021). She's 5'7" tall, and weighs 67lbs. Annie began her CrossFit journey in 2009 California. She performed admirably in her first matches. She placed in the one of the top 10 athletes from over 70. Even though she was not able to win any title, she finished with the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen. She finished in seconds place and won the gold medal same year. Next year she took part in CrossFit Games which she won due to her impressive performance. The first woman ever to win CrossFit Games. Annie also won the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to win at least two CrossFit Games at once. In addition, she was awarded a medal of silver in 2014 as well as one of bronze at CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie.
