When she was six, she was able to win the contest using an old-fashioned board she discovered in the rubbish outside her house. The year was 2005 when she began surfing. She won her very first surf contest when she was just six. By the age 7she had received sponsorship. Born in San Clemente California but later moved to Hawaii. Her birth date is 10th February 1987, in the southern part of California. Prior to moving to Hawaii, she began surfing at the age of five old. At the age of 6years old, she took home an amateur surf contest by making use of a damaged board that she found in the trash in front of her home. Ashley was just 16 when she competed in the NSSA National Championship. She was awarded the Triple Crown award for the Rookie of the Year award in 2003. Other titles were awarded which included the National Scholastic Surfing Association title and Professional Surfing Tour of America. Ashley was the winner of the 2010 Pipeline Women's Pro in Hawaii. Ashley is ranked 59th in the Women's Qualification Series for 2014. Anastasia Ashley posed as a model for Sport Illustrated Magazine as well as Maxim Magazine. In collaboration with OK1984, a jewel company that was founded in 2014. In 2014, the actress debuted the Gypsy Jet Set line of jewellery.
