Suzy Kolber (born Suzanne Lisa Kolber) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 14, 1964. Her parents are Jewish. Suzy is now 58. Sandra Kolber is her mother and Gene Kolber is her father. In 1982, she graduated from Upper Dublin High School and Sandy Run Middle School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications in 1986 at the University of Miami. When she was still at undergraduate level, she landed an opportunity as the sports director of Dynamic Cable Coral Gables Florida.
